SHIPPING AND ORDERING PROCESSING

At Camachos Pottery, as a small family-owned business, we are dedicated to processing and fulfilling your order with the utmost care and efficiency. We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. However, please note that actual delivery times depend on the postal service, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

Orders placed through our website will incur a shipping charge in addition to the price of the product and applicable sales tax. Once your package is scanned by the postal service, we no longer have control over the delivery timeline. Camachos Pottery is not responsible for any delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries caused by the postal service.

Third-Party Vendor/Carrier (Printful)

Some orders may be shipped directly from our third-party vendor/carrier, Printful, which we use to ensure top-quality products. For more information about Printful’s policies and shipping practices, please visit their website at Printful’s Policies.

Please note that Camachos Pottery cannot be held liable for any delays or issues related to shipping when the product is fulfilled and shipped by Printful. If your order is fulfilled through Printful, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Expedited Shipping
If expedited shipping is available, an additional fee may be applied to your order. For any inquiries related to shipping, expedited shipping, or customized orders, please contact us at info@camachospottery.com.

PRE-ORDERS 

Some items in our store are available for pre-order, allowing you to secure products that are out of stock or will be available soon. Full payment is collected at checkout to help us prepare and ensure your order is ready for you as soon as it’s available.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase or anytime before it ships. We do not offer refunds for pre-orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped. However, if you have any concerns or need assistance with your order, please feel free to reach out to us—we’re here to ensure you're happy with your purchase. 

CANCELLATIONS

Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the downloadable nature of our products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the purchase is completed.

Physical Products: All products and/or goods purchased through the website, or any third-party administrator of the Company’s products, may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed.

If an incorrect product or good was purchased, please contact us at info@camachospottery.com to resolve the issue.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Camachos Pottery, we pour our hearts into crafting each piece specifically for you, following a "made to order" approach. Due to this personalized process, our policy generally does not allow for exchanges or returns. However, we understand that unique situations can arise! If you believe you have an exceptional case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@camachospottery.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS 

Please be aware that items purchased on sale or gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any concerns you might have about your purchase. 

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

We take great care in packaging and handling your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@camachospottery.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. This will help us evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our pottery, slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and expected. These minor imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects and they are not grounds for a return or refund.

REFUNDS

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at info@camachospottery.com so we can review the situation. We understand that every situation is unique and will investigate each case individually.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us for assistance.
